Home Buyers
- Pre-approval: Your credit will be checked, and then a pre-approval letter will be generated.
- Find a Home: Find the right home and make an offer.
- Purchase Agreement: Lock in interest rate and submit your financial data.
- Home inspection: Home inspection ordered to insure there are no issues with the property.
- Appraisal: Home appraisal is ordered to verify the value of the property.
- Underwriting and Conditions: Financial and property information is evaluated and any follow up items are submitted.
- Final Approval: A Closing Disclosure (CD) is issued 3-6 days before the closing. A CD must be issued at least 3 days prior to closing.
- Loan Closing: Sign documents.
