Home Buyers

  1. Pre-approval:  Your credit will be checked, and then a pre-approval letter will be generated.
  2. Find a Home: Find the right home and make an offer.
  3. Purchase Agreement:  Lock in interest rate and submit your financial data.
  4. Home inspection:  Home inspection ordered to insure there are no issues with the property.
  5. Appraisal: Home appraisal is ordered to verify the value of the property.
  6. Underwriting and Conditions: Financial and property information is evaluated and any follow up items are submitted.
  7. Final Approval:  A Closing Disclosure (CD) is issued 3-6 days before the closing.  A CD must be issued at least 3 days prior to closing.
  8. Loan Closing: Sign documents.

Refinancing a Current Loan

  1. Credit check
  2. Find the right loan.
  3. Lock your rate: 
  4. Submit documents.
  5. Underwriting and any possible follow- up conditions.
  6. Final approval.
  7. Closing and funding.
